Cook Medical attending the 2017 ARS and AAO-HNSF Annual Meetings


Cook Medical will be attending the 2017 American Rhinologic Society and American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery annual meetings this year in Chicago, IL, from September 8-13. Be sure to check out the following event listings we’ve provided and add them to your schedule.

If you are registered for ARS, then come visit us at booth #12. We will also be hosting a breakfast symposium in collaboration with Dr. Bradford A. Woodworth, James J. Hicks Professor of Otolaryngology and Residency Program Director for the University of Alabama, Birmingham on Saturday, September 9, 2017, from 7:00-8:00 am. This presentation is a cadaveric demonstration of CSF leak repair and modern skull base reconstruction techniques. The symposium is a non-CME event. During AAO-HNSF, our two primary areas of focus at the booth are biologic grafts and sialendoscopy. Please visit us at booth #1220 to check out our Biodesign® Advanced Tissue Repair biologics or to get hands-on training with our suite of sialendoscopy products.

The Northwestern University Endoscopic Ear Surgery workshop held on Friday, September 8, 2017, from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. This workshop will include a didactic portion as well as hands-on cadaveric demonstrations and hands-on dissection experience. Seats are limited, so be sure to register on the conference website.

For fellows, students, residents, and healthcare professionals interested in sialendoscopy, register for the NorthShore Sialendoscopy and Minimally Invasive Salivary Gland Surgery course on Saturday, September 9, 2017, from 7:30 am – 4:15 pm. This course will provide both a skills laboratory experience and lecture on inflammatory salivary gland disease and applications of sialendoscopy. The 4th Annual Collaborative for Advanced Sialendoscopy Education breakfast will be held on Sunday, September 10, 2017, from 7:00-9:00 am. This open-forum, case based discussion will focus on topics of interest within the salivary endoscopy community.
