Reengineered for smoother operation and responsive handling,1 the Instinct Plus Endoscopic Clipping Device combines strength2,3 and strong clip retention3 with the simplicity of one-step deployment. The multiple anchoring tips on the clip aid in dragging and holding tissue, and the clip span is adjustable up to 16 mm wide.

Also known as an endoclip, the Instinct Plus Endoscopic Clipping Device is indicated for a variety of endoscopic applications, including defect closure and haemostasis. The updated indications for use also include endoscopic marking, affixing jejunal feeding tubes to the wall of the small bowel, and affixing oesophageal self-expanding metal stents to the oesophageal wall.
